Pls do find the attachment of ishanvi's project work. As per my views , Swarnim International School has four most important common attribute to achieve success as a good school and produce a quality student . These are as follows Leadership - The 1st attribute is quality leadership . And we all know who is she? Under Rumjhumi madam, students perform better, when the principal and school board members provide strong leadership. High Expectation - teachers who are expected to teach at high level of effectiveness can reach the level of expectation, particularly when teacher evaluations and professional development are geared toward improving instruction quality. Goals and Direction - SWARNIM has a goal and proper direction and effective communication with appropriate individuals. Secure and organized - In Swarnim, under good faculty and non teaching staff, students are secure physically and mentally. Respect is a quality that is promoted & is fundamental aspect of an effective and safe school. Which is most important in today's scenario.

I would like to really appreciate the efforts taken by the Swarnim team for arranging e-classes during this hard time. The school has been off but learning hasn't. Not only learning but also so many cultural and social programs like Rabindra Jayanti, Earth Day, World Dance day etc. successfully conducted through online . I would like to thank especially Rakhi ma'am & Mou ma'am for their tremendous effort to make learning super fun for our children. Stay blessed & safe Swarnim team.

Hope you all are doing well. Online classes in school are an invention of present crisis. The situation being so critical due to sudden lockdown in the country that no one knew what's waiting for the next day.Managing children during this situation is a challenge as they are kind of locked up in their house with no schools, no friends, no social gatherings. To engage a child for months seemed to be really difficult. During this time , the school took up the responsibility of conducting online classes seamlessly through zoomapp. It was a new challenge for everyone- be it students, parents, teachers and the school staffs. Initially , I ,as a parent thought how would it be possible to make the child sit and concentrate to what his teacher teaches online but with the cooperation of the School and the teachers this was possible. The class teaches UKGB, Madam Moumita Mookherjee has been kind and patient enough to make each child listen to her through virtual classes. The class teacher engaged the child with several activities such as Yoga, craft, dancing. Mother's Day and Rabindra jayanti were celebrated through these virtual classes. In between yoga sessions and storytelling sessions were conducted by school to keep the children engaged and happy. I would sincerely thank the headmistress, class teacher and everyone associated with Swarnim to make this online classes happen and feel that I have really taken a wise decision to put my child to Swarnim International School. Ways to go Swarnim.. Best Wishes..

First of all I would like to thank you all, the Principal, the Teachers and the Administration of Swarnim International School for the proactive role they played during the time of Lock-down. In fact, the School has hardly taken any step during this time that can be questioned and has emerged as one of the most better-managed Schools in Kolkata with its on-line classes covering academic as well as a wide range co-curricular activities. As parents, this re-assures us that our children are in right place. It is in the time of such crisis that true champions show characters and Swarnim has proven that without an iota of doubt. In the wake of large scale devastation caused by Cyclone Amphan, the School had to abruptly declare its summer vacation from 25 May. As during these 2 weeks of summer vacation also, the children will be confined to the 4 walls of their home, with very little scope of going out or doing outdoor activity, a good way of keeping them engaged is to give them some kind of assignments/home task/work-sheets. While Delta Step is already there for learning and practicing, it cannot probably replace the traditional pen-and-paper based work. Hence it is my humble request to you that in the absence of text books (although few chapters of English, Mathematics and EVS have been shared in e-mail), if you can e-mail some kind of subject-wise assignments, tasks or worksheets for the children. In case you do not want to make it mandatory, you can make them optional for the willing children/parents. Once again I thank the Swarnim Team for their exceptional effort.

Swarnim preschool is a beautiful concept. The classrooms are nice, airy and interiors are excellent. I can see the school being one of the sought after schools in the near future. Wish the school and its management all the success for the future.

I'm just recalling the day Mrs. Swati Sarawagi had come to our school more than 10 years ago as a member of rotary club. After the brief interaction with teachers and students, she offered herself to come to the school regularly and to do something. She has kept her words ever since.
Our school, Dr. Ambedkar Memorial School, Visakhapatnam, has been striving to improve educational environment among lower income groups which consist largely in Indian society. Since most of the parents of our students are not educated, the students depend on school education for their studies, behavior and future trails.
Mrs. Swati's regular presence since then brought a window of exposures to the children from periphery section of the society. Her commitment and enthusiasm towards improvement, be it communication skill, personality development or material supports, encourage the students, teachers and management to achieve pinnacle. Her sincere attitude to understand the others and divergence has won over the minds of our school.
Education works like undercurrent to decide a course of its society, nation and world. Thus is the importance and distinction of the education. I wish Mrs. Swati, who lays her trust on education, all the best and success of her cherished project.

Ever since my daughter stepped into the school, we have witnessed marvelous and heart-warming progress. We were completely taken aback to witness the relentless and steady progress that our daughter made in the initial stages. We are glad to state that this has not in the slightest diminished even today.
The environment of the school, the warmth of her teachers, the generous nature of her classmates has together created an ambience that would be perhaps hard to find anywhere else. As parents, we are indebted to the school and the teachers involved who have been so patient and helpful.
We can only hope and pray that our daughter, with her special needs, will continue to find joy and happiness being with her friends and such wonderful teachers that she has been blessed with in this school.

We were looking for our kids to have good overall development rather than getting too much burdened with academics in initial stages. Well, academics should take front seat once they reach higher classes but at the same time they should be aware of their values and roots. Personal interaction with teachers should get a priority rather than depending on devices. Yesterday, we got a chance to visit your school and had a long discussion with Ms. Biswas and was impressed by the approach. We look forward for the start of the classes I -XII under CBSE curriculum. All our best wishes to team Swarnim under your guidance. Thanks.

Choosing Swarnim among other renowned schools was a big decision for us. But we are happy with the school environment and teaching process. Most importantly Shirsho enjoys his new big school. He is happy and so are we. He is learning so many things in his play way method. We feel good when we see him developing some good habits from his school. The best thing is that Shirsho is learning without any pressure of huge syllabus. He learns as well as he enjoys his childhood.

Swarnim International School is an upcoming and promising school in our locality as we didn't have any good schools nearby. It has a wonderful environment with good infrastructure as well as excellent faculty. My daughter never refuses to go to her school.....she enjoys her learning very much. We are satisfied and will recommend others to admit their kids in this school where they can learn a number of things in the form of play and fun.

Swarnim International School is a school with a difference! Under the dynamic leadership of the school's Resident Director, Swati Sarawagi the school has made a definite mark in the city of Kolkata and already won so many awards. Able administration of Headmistress Rumjhumi Biswas is clearly visible. The setbup of class rooms, student development , teacher empowerment and parent involvement has resulted in them already winning so many awards. In such a short period of time since its inception the school has been accredited with British Council International School Award! This speaks a lot for the school's philosophy and conceptualization!

It was a wonderful experience to visit Swarnim International School. The school has a fantastic infrastructure and colorful / bright classrooms. The teachers were very helpful and Swarnim has a fabulous Headmistress who looked over the exam right from the start till the end. The British Council joins hands to wish the school all the best for years to come.

Each and every soul has passed through certain troubled times during this pandemic year. It is quite commendable that amidst such crisis the whole team of SWARNIM is trying hard to deliver its best to ease the situation as much as possible, amongst students. We, parents of Sohalia Singh, student of class I A, express our heartfelt gratitude for helping our child in the best possible way during our time of need. May Swarnim and all related to it witness many glorious days ahead. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Today on this special day, I would like to thank all the teachers of Swarnim International School. You all have been braving all the odds and left no stone unturned to make sure that this pandemic does not hamper the learning process of the students in any way. A special and big thank you to UKG - B class teacher, Mrs. MOUMITA MUKHERJEE. What a wonderful person she is. Last year, Maanvik, joined school session a little late. Everything was so new to him. New city, new school, new classmates and a new teacher. Moumita Ma'am took him under her wings and helped him adjust to his new surroundings. This year has been tough for all of us but it has taught us so many things. The new concept of online learning may have been challenging at times, but it has definitely helped us to know the teacher, much better as a person. And we can definitely understand now, how much effort it takes to raise so many kids. Ma'am your dedication to the education and comfort of Maanvik (infact for all the students) has not gone unrecognized. As a parent, I truly cannot express how grateful I am that you are his class teacher. He is lucky to have you as his teacher for two consecutive years. May this teacher and student bond grow stronger and stronger each day.
